3D printing built for production, not prototypes
Our fleet runs as a production line rather than a single machine. That means repeatable batches of up to 1,000 units per week, large-format assemblies at full-car scale, and engineering-grade materials that hold up in service.
Production volume
Batch work is scheduled across the fleet so output scales with the order rather than the machine. We routinely deliver ongoing weekly quantities of up to 1,000 units, with the first-off part inspected and signed off before the run is released.
Repeat parts keep their proven profile — the same material, orientation, and process settings every time — so a part delivered in month six matches the one approved in month one.
Large-format printing
Large geometry is split, printed and bonded or mechanically joined into full-size assemblies. We build up to full-car scale: body panels, complete body bucks, aero surfaces, styling models and large tooling.
Engineering-grade materials
Carbon-filled Nylon 6 is our workhorse where stiffness, heat resistance and fatigue life matter — typical of under-bonnet automotive and aerospace tooling work. A full range of standard materials is also available where cost or flexibility leads the choice.
Finishing
Parts can be delivered as-printed or finished: support removal as standard, with drilling and reaming of critical bores, threaded inserts, surface finishing, priming and painting on request.
